Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Rapidline AI services. By signing up, you agree to them.
1. The service
Rapidline AI provides AI-powered business automation: AI Voice Agent, WhatsApp Automation, AI Chatbot, Workflow Automation, and the All-in-One Bundle. We deliver the service "as a service" through your Rapidline account.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions are month-to-month or annual, billed in advance via PayPal.
- Every plan includes a 10-day free trial: 48 hours of full setup by our team + 8 days of full hands-on use. Your first payment is automatically taken on day 11 unless you cancel before then.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of the billing period.
- Failed payments: we'll retry 3 times over 7 days. Persistent failure may pause your service.
4. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions with one click. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use Rapidline AI to: send spam or unsolicited messages; harass, defraud or impersonate others; transmit illegal content; reverse-engineer or resell the platform; violate any applicable law (including TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, and Israeli telecom regulations).
7. Your data & content
You own the data you upload. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity, with notice where reasonable.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your billing country. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
