Rapidline AI offers a 10-day free trial on every plan: 48 hours of full team setup followed by 8 days of hands-on use. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged a single dollar โ no card-on-file capture, no deposit, nothing to refund.
If you are charged after the trial ends, the refund rights below apply based on your billing country. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights than ours, the local law applies in full.

In short: "Cancel anytime" on the homepage and announcement bar refers to monthly plans. Annual plans are paid in advance and are non-refundable after the cooling-off window, in exchange for the discounted price (2 months free).
How to request a refund
- Cancel your subscription from My Account โ Subscriptions.
- Email hello@rapidline.ai with your account email, the order number, and your country of billing.
- We process eligible refunds within 7 business days through the original payment method (PayPal).
What is not refundable
- Per-usage charges that exceed your plan (e.g. extra voice minutes, extra messages) โ these are billed at-cost and consumed immediately.
- Custom integration work, white-glove migration, or one-off professional services after delivery.
- Renewal charges after the cooling-off window has passed โ but you can always cancel to stop the next charge.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us (and you, indirectly) more than a normal refund and slow everyone down. We will always offer a refund first if you're eligible.
